The UK (Cardiff) number has been having some problems.  Apparantly they are doing some upgrades and don’t know when the service will be back.  The company has added in another number 0151 8080041 which is a Liverpool number.

If you’d rather call London than Liverpool you can also get through by calling 020 7100 6747 then *2348889198816# as the extension.
