The contacts page has been updated to reflect the new internet phone service we’re using. In a few weeks the London based Skype number will expire and we will not be paying the extortionate amount required to get it back. Instead, for those wishing to call us from the UK at local rates you will need to change the way that you dial in that there is no longer a direct dial, rather you call a London number then dial an extension to get put through. It takes you a few seconds more but saves us a lot of money.
To use the service call 029 2000 7380, and then when asked for extension use 8889198816
The cost to UK callers is identical to the previous Skype number.

Those of you (Dad) who are scared of phones and would rather sit in front of a PC to make your calls will need to use a different program to call us. Download X-Lite Softphone and sign up for a free account with www.pennytel.com to perform the call. Once you’ve got an account and configured X-Lite with your account details you can contact us by dialing 8889198816. This approach still calls through to our landline so video cannot be used.
The Skype accounts (such as mattlegg) will still remain active and you will be able to call using Skype at your end but only when you see us online.
